Had the pleasure of attending the recent cannabliss day retreat! It was immaculate vibes and energy from the moment I entered the space! Variety of teas and coffees to start the morning paired with amazing quality cannabis! The slow session was exactly what my body needed, followed by the amazing charcuterie boards provided made for a nourishing soul refreshing experience. My absolute favorite part was the sound bath at the end! It was a perfect way to seal in all the magic that was brought out throughout the day. Especially loved the journaling and paint activity- so often we just “think” and don’t get out of heads to create! Needlessly to say— I am so looking forward to the next retreat! Thank you Key Massage & Wellness!

Wow! I can’t put into words how amazing Ashley is. My mom and I went to a retreat hosted by Key Wellness. She checked in frequently making sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time. I have really bad anxiety and she made me feel so safe and calm in her beautiful & organized space. The activities provided kept my mind calm but yet busy to keep out negative or unwanted thoughts. I loved everything we did! The yoga was perfectly paced for a beginner like me with advanced options for others which was nice for a challenge. The ‘shaycuterie’ boxes were super delicious & presented beautifully. The workshops provided were explained thoroughly for what to do and what they did for you. Highly highly recommend anything she offers. Thank you again Key.

I attended a day retreat and it was just what I needed, and then some! Ashley and Paula were so talented, kind, and supportive. The facility was clean and peaceful. I appreciated the hot tea and coffee, and stunning charcuterie boxes for lunch (unfortunately, that’s the only picture I got) I also loved the yoga, letting go exercise, and meditative painting, but my absolute favorite part was the sound bath at the end. Omg, I feel like I went to another planet, it was so relaxing! 10/10 would recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my day retreat at Key Massage today. The experience was filled with engaging activities and wonderful company. We began with a tea and coffee social, followed by a well-led yoga session that was perfectly paced and inclusive, making it an excellent introduction for a beginner like myself. A meaningful letting go exercise preceded a delightful catered lunch, featuring an expertly crafted charcuterie box. Next, we participated in a meditative painting exercise, accompanied by soothing music that fostered a state of flow. The retreat culminated in an extraordinary sound bath experience, skillfully led by owner Ashley, which induced a profound sense of calm and relaxation. This retreat was precisely what I needed to alleviate work and life stress, and I highly recommend it.

I had a great time at the Key Day Retreat! I have to admit that I was a bit nervous going in because I had never done anything like that before. I thought I might feel out of place but I am happy to report that I was very wrong! Ashley has created a very welcoming and stress free environment. She and Paula had very engaging and enlightening sessions and workshops. The pace of the day was on point, the food and drinks were tasty, and I left relaxed yet energized

My husband and I have had Thai massages (from Thailand), couples massages, even have gone to Aire Ancient Baths in Chicago and we would STILL prefer Ashley over all of it. My husband’s neck was really messed up (and he never complains), but he wouldn’t see anyone else BUT HER. She is great! She has so much to offer for anyone. Highly recommend. Only downfall is that there is only one of her and she books up quick!

Ashley at Key Massage is fantastic! She always asks what I need to focus on during our sessions, offers me advice on how to self-maintenance between sessions, and is warm and welcoming. She is especially fantastic for disabled and fat folks - I never worry that she won't be able to accommodate me. She is incredibly Covid-conscious as well. If either of us are ever sick, we can easily reschedule no questions asked. I highly recommend Key Massage!

Ashley is amazing! If you need someone who genuinely cares about respecting your needs and relieving tightness, she is who you need to go see. I’ve had several different people work on me before, but I have never felt the relief I felt after my session with Ashley. I have scoliosis and broad shoulders that carry a lot of tension... my back hasn’t felt this good in as long as I can remember. She’s fantastic!

LOVE my massages. After everything I do at work, tension builds up. I love being able to go a get a massage here! Ashley is great! Key Massage Therapy is amazing! Best saline massage - I have been multiple times and it is the only place I go now. Some massage therapist don't listen to you when you have a specific request like "I just want to relax", or "I need more pressure". Ashley listens which makes the experience much better.
