Arrival to Massage or Treatment:
New clients please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to fill out a client intake form. All appointments have a specific time scheduled, early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Cancellation Policy & Fees:
Your times are reserved exclusively for you! I value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Ashley at least 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to give a 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you forget or choose not to attend your appointment, you will be consider a "no show," and will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for scheduled service, unless there is an emergency. When you miss an appointment, I will not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Late Arrival Policy:

In order to uphold our professional standard of being "on time," I regret that I cannot give you additional time if you arrive late and the session will be shortened. In special cases, and when the schedule allows full sessions can be accommodated. This will be at Ashley's discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. Original service rate will be charged.
No Show Policy:
I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, we ask that you call or text if you cannot keep your appointment,. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in FULL for the scheduled service.
Scope of Practice:
I am a Michigan licensed professional and held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association. Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply therapies with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client. We do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions.
Existing and New Medical Conditions:
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries:
We are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical choice or volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time. This practice is a member of Respect Massage, we are taking a stand and putting an end to solicitation of massage therapist. This practice has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy and will be reported to authorities.
